Having worked with organisations ranging from founder-led start-ups to established businesses operating across 48 countries, Mike has built sales teams, entered new markets, transformed commercial operations and helped businesses navigate many of the challenges that come with growth. That breadth of experience provides a practical perspective that goes far beyond traditional training or consultancy.
